The Liam Gillick x Pringle of Scotland collection, aptly named “liamgillickforpringleofscotland”, made its debut with a pop-up shop smack in the middle of Miami Design District during Art Basel in November 2011 before making its way to Milan. The collection consists of Gillick’s signature color blocked designs translated in to beautiful leather bags, wallets and iPad cases as well as the classic Pringle knit. I’m a complete sucker for an artist/designer collaboration and this one in particular seems very well thought out, the pieces are as much practical as they are unique.
